The winners keep on coming with Avonmore Star winning at 4/1 when advised, today there is racing from Epsom Downs Newcastle Brighton Pontefract Haydock Park and Stratford.

It is of course the start of the The Investec Derby Festival at Epsom Downs, today is Ladies’ Day and the feature race is the oaks which was won by Dancing Rain in 2011. Newcastle have a Diamond Jubilee race day with a 1950s theme. Brighton host an afternoon of racing before Fatboy slim plays to over 30,000 in the American Express Community Stadium. After the racing at Pontefract they have their Pontefract’s Got Talent Night which should be great fun/ Haydock Park have evening racing as part of their ladies night. Stratford evening racing, watch the racing then after they have a disco.
