Not the biggest of horses for a stayer, but stay he certainly does and with the soft ground also right up his street he could just gallop these rivals into the ground. All his best runs last season came with plenty of give in the ground and after two decent races this season here at Cheltenham he should now be spot on for this and can really kick-start his season into gear.
SIMON stays all day and will relish tday’s testing conditions. He gets the vote. Market confidence behind Neptune Collonges on his first run since April would have to be heeded, while last year’s runner-up Our Vic looked as good as ever when finding only the mighty Kauto Star too good last time.
