Spurs Betting First Win Bet

Yesterday saw Juande Ramos’ Tottenham side continue their rocky start to the season with a 2-1 defeat against Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium. Spurs have taken two points from eight games and sit bottom of the Premier League in what is the club’s worst ever start and Sky Bet are offering 20/1 for Spurs to finish bottom this season and 7/4 for Ramos still to be at the helm at the end of the season (2/5 not to be manager).

Tottenham were regarded as potential challengers for a Champions League place pre-season but after such a poor start Ramos faces a desperate fight to save his job and it’s 8/11 for Ramos to be the next Barclays Premier manager to go, with West Ham’s Gianfranco Zola next best at 6/1.

Tottenham host Bolton next Sunday and it’s 8/11 for Spurs to gain their first Premier League victory against a Bolton side who have won one and lost three matches on the road so far. They then visit Arsenal on 29th October, where they have not won in 18 games and it’s 14/1 for Tottenham to get their first league win at the Emirates. If Spurs’ slump continues, it doesn’t get any easier for the London club as their next match sees them entertain Liverpool on the 1st November and Sky Bet are offering 8/1 for them to pick up their first three points against Rafael Benitez’s side.
