Byrne Group Cleeve Hurdle Betting Tips

Byrne Group Cleeve Hurdle Betting - 15:50 Cheltenham Class 1,

Blazing Bailey won this last year and Lough Derg remains in fine fettle. However, dual World Hurdle winner INGLIS DREVER looked as good as ever when stamping his authority on the stayers brigade with a commanding display at Newbury on his return to action. He can tighten the grip on his crown here.

Blazing Bailey took this 12 months ago and after an impressive win here on New Year’s Day he looks sure to go close. However, both last year and earlier this month he didn’t have a horse like Inglis Drever to beat and with the current World Hurdle champion never out of the first two in his five runs here I think Howard Johnson’s stable star can land this en route to successfully defending his title in March.

Of the rest Lough Derg has shown improved form over the past month winning the Long Walk and then a decent event last Saturday and although he’s bound to bowl off in the lead again it might just be this is one hard race too many for this improving Pipe runner.

Top Tip: INGLIS DREVER
